When travel always remember avoid scams

it happens everywhere. any part of the world

I.m kept this memory since 2008 but just a reminder .awareness

my story is as short as it should be

My 1st china travel is to Hangzhou/shanghai .it was then AirAsia start to go to Hangzhou and my friend and I bought the tickets.merely around RM600 return.

and once we reach hotel in Nanjing road, Shanghai at night from Hangzhou.it was 10.00 pm.quite cold considering is winter with no snow

Shanghai rarely had snow.once in 5 years perhaps

so we put our belongings in the room.watching china military drama then we going out around 12.00 am

just want to see the city at night

then the real story begins

we are being following by this lady.

massage.massage good for your feet.cheaper.50 yuan only

she said

she follows up and keep following until I said oK.foot massages (I.ve always take foot massage when I go to Bangkok.rest my feet so I assume is same as in Shanghai)

then my friend says..I.m going to hotel.tired which left me alone in a middle of our journey

as such period I follow the lady.we went to one shoplot nearby and she takes me to 2nd floor

and theres a girl going to give foot massage.then we talk.I sense that in the table there are many wine.beer in glasses that I assume is from customers before that

however things change after 30 minutes.when she shows the bill

6120 Yuan if I can remember

what I don't drink anything.just massage

if was then a few big size chinaman comes.gangster.mafia.whatever looks at me and threatened to beat me

and I had left with no choice.although I.m begging.begging .no use

I have to pay the bills in which I pay via credit card

being cheat by 3000 over ringgit in 1st day in china.bad.bad luck and at that time I don't know we can report to credit card so that the transaction can b cancelled

however our trip to China is another 6 more days which I try to be calm to not worrying my friend and rosak ana punya journey

* i'm keeping this secret for many years ahead as its a bit personal.however nowadays there are many scams that appearance in travel blog therefore this is a reminder to all of us if we visit Shanghai
